These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of access to the EARNEST service offered by NEO KI, published by Honesty Biantsoumba (SIRET 918 576 034 00030).
EARNEST is a pitch deck analysis and scoring tool designed for startup founders preparing to raise funding. Access is provided as a one-time payment granting 30 days of unlimited use.
Pre-Seed Access: $49 USD, one-time payment, 30 days access.
Seed Access: $129 USD, one-time payment, 30 days access.
Prices are in US dollars, inclusive of all applicable taxes. VAT is collected and remitted by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting VAT in all applicable jurisdictions. No payment card data is transmitted to NEO KI.
As a digital service activated immediately upon purchase with the user's express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. However, in the event of a proven technical failure preventing access to the service, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of the confirmed issue. Refund requests must be sent to contact@neokideck.com with a description of the problem encountered.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pontoise, France.
